We understand that insurance can be complicated, so as a courtesy, we will check your health benefits and estimate your cost per visit prior to your arrival in Ahwatukee, Biltmore or Tempe, AZ.

Should Orthopedic Sports Therapy not be in your insurance network, we are always willing to work with you and your out of network benefits.
